A pioneering centre for physical sciences-industry collaborations at University of Cambridge celebrated its opening today.
The £26m Maxwell Centre will focus on "blue skies" research in areas such as efficient energy generation, storage and use, including works on photovoltaics, energy storage, refrigeration and ICT.

To celebrate the launch of the new centre, the team has been working with Kettle's Yard on an exhibition, Into boundless space I leap. The exhibition runs from 9 April - 2 July 2016. For more details visit their website.
