The West Cambridge Innovation District is being undertaken by the University of Cambridge Estates Division. Within the University, it is governed by the Property Board working with the West Cambridge Academic Board.
A team of consultants prepared the Outline Planning Application for the Masterplan review which included AECOM (Masterplanning, Town Planning, Project Management, Sustainability and Landscape); Stantec (Transport and Engineering with Hannah Reed); Creative Places (Commercial Research); and Atkins (Environmental Impact Assessment).
The University is working with contractors for the Projects currently on-site.
